Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds
Rates are shown in USD.
- United States: standard $8; free standard delivery on orders of $100 or more; express $15.
- Canada: standard $12; free standard delivery on orders of $150 or more; express $25.
- Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands: standard $16; free standard delivery on orders of $180 or more; express $30.
- New Zealand: standard $20; free standard delivery on orders of $200 or more; express $35.
The checkout rate for the delivery address is controlling. A free-delivery threshold applies only to the destination listed for that threshold.
Carrier, tracking and split shipments
TailorEV selects the carrier based on the destination, parcel size, service availability and tracking reliability. The assigned carrier and tracking link are sent to the checkout email after dispatch. Items may ship in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.
Customs, VAT and import charges
TailorEV, as the merchant, is responsible for customs duties, import VAT or tax, and carrier handling charges required for standard delivery. For express delivery, TailorEV also pays customs duties and import VAT or tax. Customers should not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery. Delivery problems
Contact tsl68186@outlook.com promptly for address errors, a missing parcel or visible transit damage. Include the order number and photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label where relevant.
