30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Under this voluntary policy, the item must be unused, uninstalled and in original condition with its packaging, parts and instructions. Proof of purchase is required.

EU and EEA customers

Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. This policy does not limit that right or statutory guarantees for faulty goods.

Start a return first

Email tsl68186@outlook.com with the order number, item, reason and relevant photos. Wait for authorization and return instructions before sending the parcel so we can identify and process it.

Return address

Approved returns must be sent to: Maoyuan South Road, Zaozhuang, Shandong 277019, China. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or may not be identifiable.

Return shipping

Change-of-mind return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless applicable law states otherwise. For faulty, transit-damaged or incorrect goods, TailorEV provides an appropriate remedy and covers reasonable return costs where required.

Exclusions from the voluntary policy

• Installed, used, altered or customer-damaged items.
• Adhesive films or wraps after backing is removed.
• Personalized goods unless faulty or otherwise returnable by law.
• Gift cards and lawful final-sale items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Payment providers may need additional time to post funds. Expedited shipping is not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
