An order is an offer to buy. We may reject or cancel for stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. Amounts taken for a cancelled order are refunded.
Safe installation
Follow product and vehicle instructions. Do not obstruct airbags, controls, sensors, cameras, visibility, charging equipment or safe operation. Use professional installation where appropriate.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape unlawfully or commit fraud. Owned TailorEV content may not be commercially exploited without permission.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, TailorEV is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing rules
The law of the merchant's confirmed place of establishment applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in the customer's country.
